I dedicate this morning to silence. Not total silence, I am not talking about completely tuning out the world. I am suggesting that just for a minute or maybe a few, you just listen to your body. Block the external and let the internal volume naturally increase on it’s own. We don’t do this enough. It only takes about 5 minutes or so.
How are you feeling? Are you stiff or sore? Are you thirsty? Do you feel run-down? Hungry?
Now take what you have learned and do something to correct it. Stretch, drink water, eat something healthy, maybe find time for a nap??? If done consistently then these little fixes can translate into big results.
Health is like investing for retirement. Small consistent investments can pay larger dividends in the later years.
