Kidding. Keeping the weight light (1 pood=34 lbs.). The idea is to keep moving. Rowing is rest time, so the pace can be slack, just not slow.

 

Next Day follow up (7/20/16). I think I set the worlds record for onset of D.O.M.S. I powered through that thing in the end, I went a minute over because I was hell-bent on finishing one more round.

I left the gym at 4:30 PM. I had noticeable muscle soreness by 7:00 pm. Just like you should never drunk text, you should never program a workout, while jacked up on Pre-workout.
