I watch this video a lot whenever I need that pre-workout motivation, or that post workout  validation. Like those days where you worked out but you weren’t really feeling it afterwards….you feel like you could have done better. I watch this and I remind myself that even though I didn’t set any new personal records today, sometimes its those days where you don’t want to work out but do anyway that are the most rewarding. Not because you got stronger, but because you built discipline.
